TCVH Strategic is the initiator of the project and the original author of the Competency Framework. This standing confers no ownership: the Framework is released to the commons and the project is designed to be governed collectively.

Intellectual property and licence
The Framework of accompaniment competencies is made available under the free licence Creative Commons Attribution – ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0): it may be used, cited, adapted and redistributed, with attribution, an indication of any changes, and sharing under the same terms. See the licence file and the Transparency page.
The other texts on the site (manifesto, charter, criteria, code, notes) may be amended within the consultation process, apart from the foundation that CARPEA undertakes not to modify. The graphic identity, the logotype and the site's code remain the property of their author, unless stated otherwise.
Personal data
The contact form collects the name, email address and message you send, for the sole purpose of answering your request. This data is neither passed on nor used for marketing. In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification and erasure by writing to contact@carpea.fr.
The Inter body typeface (SIL Open Font Licence) is self-hosted. The Fraunces display typeface is, as of today, loaded via Google Fonts, pending its self-hosting.

The information presented describes the framework proposed by CARPEA. It is neither a directory of professionals, nor a label, nor a validation of the effectiveness of a practice, nor a right to practise. The publisher endeavours to ensure its accuracy.
