Propose a framework, not impose one
This page says where the project comes from, who carries it and what it commits to. It is written in the first person, because the undertaking has an acknowledged initiator and a clear direction.
What I am trying to do
Working on the frameworks of accompaniment, one observation forced itself on me: beneath methods that ignore one another, from coaching to supervision by way of mentoring, hypnosis and relational practices, lies a common foundation of skills, and no place to hold it together. I am building that place and that framework: a shared framework, an enforceable code of ethics, a written requirement. None of this has any value if it stays the property of a single person. That is why the Framework is released to the commons and the governance designed so that the project does not depend on the one who launched it.
I propose this framework; I impose it on no one. Everyone is free to adopt it, to adapt it, or to keep their distance. But the framework itself is set down: it has a backbone, and I hold it.
Carried by TCVH Strategic
The undertaking is carried by TCVH Strategic, its initiator's structure. It is the one that publishes this site, writes the texts and opens the dialogue.
The Framework, for its part, does not belong to TCVH Strategic: it is released to the commons under a free licence, and the governance is designed so that the project does not depend on the one who launched it.
In one sentence
I propose a framework and a method, I hold the foundation that makes them useful, and I open their stewardship to those who wish to carry it.

What I will not compromise on
Some things are decided, and they will not change. They are the reason the project exists; to touch them would be to make it something else.
The commons
The framework is released to the commons under a free licence. It belongs to no one, least of all its author.
Ethics and the boundary of care
A written and enforceable ethics, and an uncompromising honesty about what falls to care and what does not.
The public first
Protecting the person being accompanied comes before the comfort of professionals. Without exception.
Disinterestedness
Non-profit status, material proof that the project does not serve the interests of the one who carries it.
No abuses
Practices with an energetic, occult or predictive aim have no place here, and will not have one.
Transparency
The texts, the criteria and the decisions are public. An authority that deliberates in secret is worth no more than the disorder it claims to correct.
Convergences, not a conquest
I am not seeking to replace what exists, nor to federate everyone under one banner. I want to sign convergences, mutual recognition agreements, charters of good neighbourliness, joint work, with the associations, schools and bodies already engaged in accompaniment and in non-medical relational psychotherapy. Each keeps its identity, its framework and its history; we agree on what falls to the shared interest of the field: the safety of the public, the legibility of paths, the upholding of the boundary of care.
With schools and training bodies
A published correspondence between their framework and the common one, without any of them giving up its own. Adopting the framework does not require joining, and adopting it beyond CARPEA would be a success, not a defection.
With associations and federations
Mutual recognition rather than rivalries of seals. For relational psychotherapy in particular, a boundary of care honoured explicitly and a good-neighbourly dialogue with those who already structure this field.
Join the table
I open the table to those who want to hold it: experienced practitioners recognised by their peers, researchers, schools, representatives of the field. Each family is indispensable, none decides for the others. The project is not waiting to be perfect before it starts: it is waiting for the right people.
What is already here
The founding texts are written. The Framework is released to the commons under the CC BY-SA 4.0 licence. The governance chosen is a small, transparent steering committee. The public already has a way to check a practitioner.
